In short, thanks for a job well done. You took over for us when we needed it the most. The house looks great! D. Arthur Yergey, Sr.

Jo-Lynn was the only company to answer my call (on a Sunday morning) and even had one of their owners on-site by 9:30 a.m.! Jo-Lynn staff started immediately and brought in heaters and dehumidifiers. Within hours they removed hundreds of gallons of water and made sure that two homeowners, their furniture and belongings were well taken care of.

Jo-Lynn came very highly recommended and gave us all peace of mind know that we were not going to battle with the insurance companies. The Jo-Lynn team was extremely professional and deadline oriented. Our homeowners were thrilled with the quality of service they received and as a developer, I recommend Jo-Lynn to anyone needing any water damage repair. Paul Struhar, Owner, The Vistas at Banner Elk

Thank you for a SUPER GREAT job of cleaning and repairing the water damage in our condo at Sugar Top. We are very pleased with all of the repairs and a beautiful paint job. Chucky made us feel like a family friend. He was a great help and looked after our interests as if we were the only client he had. On a scale of 1-10, we give Jo-Lynn a 10+. Steve and Shirley Rankin, McAdenville, NC

I appreciate the fact that you considered the amounts that were included in the insurance claim when you were figuring your charges. I also appreciate the quality of the work that was done and the pleasant attitude shown by all those working on the project. Their friendly efficiency reflects well on your company. Thank you for your efforts in repairing and restoring my little corner of the North Carolina High Country. Connie Stemper
