About Us

Jo-Lynn Enterprises was established in 1975 by Joe & Linda Marcoux. The company was created as a cleaning and janitorial business and over time evolved into the Disaster Restoration and Property Services

company it is today.

Jo-Lynn's is the oldest family owned disaster restoration company in the area. When Joe and Linda decided to retire their son Joey Marcoux purchased the business and maintained our level of service and reputation for 15 years. In August of 2018 Joey sold the business to his cousin Ron Marshall and long time family friend Jamie Stewart.

Ron and Jamie started out as employees back in their college days and have been with the company for 22+ years. As new owners they have implemented some new strategies and services within our property services division and maintaining Jo-Lynn's dedication to our customers and our long time reputation for being a trusted and reliable company.

Jo-Lynn has the experience you need when your home or business has been struck by disaster, whether it's water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage or sewer damage. We have a response time second to none and maintain great relationships with the areas top insurance companies and adjusters.

We work closely with homeowners and adjusters to make sure all damage to property and contents are addressed and we will work diligently to get your home or business back in tip top shape. We offer a wide array of property services as well, from carpet cleaning to whole house cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and more.

Leadership Team

Chuck Bristle

Chuck began working with Jo-Lynn in 2013 as our Construction Manager. He is responsible for the remodeling of your home or business after a disaster as well as supervising our property services division.

Jamie Stewart

Jamie is a Co-Owner, working for Jo-Lynn’s from 1996 through 1998, then rejoining the team in 2001. He specializes in water restoration, mold remediation, and smoke and fire restoration. His outgoing personality and desire to get the job done right makes him a perfect fit for the Jo-Lynn family.

Joanne Melo

Joanne is our General Manager. She came to Jo-Lynn in October 2014 with over 15 years experience in administrative and departmental management. She is responsible for the financial and daily operations of our company as well as customer service.

Ron Marshall

Ron is a Co-Owner and has been with the company since 1994. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in business. Ron is certified in carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, mold remediation and water restoration.
